Job Summary:
Seeking a Business Analyst II with strong experience in business analysis and application support to drive requirements, analysis, and testing activities across software initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Business analysis experience including requirements elicitation & documentation, gap analysis, and testing
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Microsoft Power BI for reporting and insights
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation
Experience using Jotform for data collection and process support
Collaborate with business and technical teams across the SDLC
Experience:
3–5 years of relevant Business Analyst experience in applications/software development
