Job Description:
• Build, own, and evolve the company’s visual brand identity across all channels, starting with logo and design system development
• Design core brand and marketing assets including website visuals, social content, pitch decks, product marketing, and launch materials
• Partner closely with founders, marketing, and product to translate strategy into a clear, compelling visual storytelling
• Establish and maintain lightweight brand guidelines, templates, and systems that scale with the company
• Balance big-picture brand thinking with rapid execution across multiple projects and priorities
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or related roles, ideally at a startup or tech company
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end brand and design system work, from concept and systems to execution
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools; experience with motion, web, or product design is a plus
• Experience working in tech, SaaS, or developer-focused products preferred
• Strong taste, attention to detail, and ability to give and receive direct feedback
• Self-starter mindset: comfortable owning projects, making decisions, and moving quickly with limited direction
• Collaborative, adaptable, and excited to help shape culture as well as brand
• Bonus points: Experience with illustration and with website platforms like Framer
