Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing them with exceptional support and resolving their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Documenting key information clearly and concisely within our internal computer systems and software

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• 3 years of direct customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.com
• Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with members in both English and Spanish
• 3 years of experience working as a remote CSR, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a virtual environment

In addition to these essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with:

• 3 years of experience in healthcare customer service, with a deep understanding of the industry and its unique challenges
