They are seeking a talented Associate Presentation Designer (Temp) to support their Brand Design team by creating visually compelling presentation decks for internal and external communications while collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating clear, well-organized PowerPoint presentations for internal and executive audiences, with direction from Visual Designers, and Art Directors
- Apply existing presentation templates and brand guidelines accurately, helping ensure materials are consistent, polished, and visually on-brand
- Work closely with creative partners and corporate stakeholders including Chiefs of Staff and Communications Managers to understand content needs and support presentation development
- Help translate notes, rough ideas, and basic data into simple visuals, charts, and layouts that support the overall story
- Make updates based on feedback, support live working sessions when needed, and build confidence working under tight timelines with attention to detail
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in graphic/visual design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. Prior internship experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Keynote and other design software
- Portfolio/website showcasing visual brand and presentation design work
- Understanding of brand identity, design principles, typography, and color theory
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and tackle design challenges
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving project requirements while maintaining a high level of integrity and quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Prior experience working in digital asset management tools (DAM) a plus
