About the Role
As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing statistical models to inform marketing strategies and drive business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Marketing Mix Models for various business units, analyzing the impact of marketing investments on business outcomes.
- Transform model outputs into actionable insights, providing recommendations to stakeholders on media performance and trends.
- Create engaging, data-driven presentations that communicate complex analytics to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain statistical models to analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to validate data quality and gain insights into business operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in analytics, statistics, and data mining. Here are the essential qualifications and preferred skills we're looking for:
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, data mining, or a related field, with a focus on statistical modeling and data analysis.
