About Us – BOSS Acting School

At BOSS Acting School, we provide confidence-building acting classes for children of all ages. Our mission is to help young people express themselves creatively, grow in confidence, and develop lifelong communication skills — all in a fun and supportive environment.

We’re a small, passionate team that values collaboration, kindness, and efficiency. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation where your work will make a real difference.

This role is ideal for a parent or someone looking for flexible, part-time hours that can fit around family or other commitments.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. You’ll be the point of contact for families, help manage bookings, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This position is mostly remote, with occasional in-person meetings in London as needed (e.g. team catch-ups or event support).

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly and professionally to emails from clients and staff
  • Booking children into classes via our internal system
  • Returning client phone calls and offering clear, friendly support
  • Organising and maintaining spreadsheets for bookings, attendance, and communication
  • Liaising with staff regarding class updates and schedules
  • General administrative and organisational support

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with email, spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), and simple admin tools
  • Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Friendly and professional when dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Prior experience in admin, education, or customer service is a bonus

Why Join Us

  • Flexible, part-time hours that suit family life
  • A warm and welcoming team
  • Mostly work-from-home
  • Opportunity to support children and families in a creative field
