• Ad Creation: Produce short and impactful advertising formats for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads, Display, and more.

• Mastering Hooks: Capture attention within the first three seconds using compelling hooks and psychological insights.

• Video Production: Shoot high-quality native content using smartphones or professional cameras to create authentic and engaging visuals.

• Editing & Post-Production: Deliver fast-paced, dynamic edits with a strong understanding of visual trends and platform-specific formats.

• A/B Testing & Optimization: Analyze performance, test new creative approaches, and refine assets for maximum impact.

• Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay ahead of digital advertising trends and experiment with new creative techniques and AI-powered tools.

• Content Production Roadmap Management: Structure and maintain a "map" of all created and tested content, categorize tests, and continuously iterate based on insights.

• Proven experience in digital advertising creation, ideally in an agency or a performance-driven brand.

• Deep understanding of social media platforms and their advertising best practices.

• Proficiency in production and editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).

• Exceptional creativity and a strong sense of storytelling.

• Ability to shoot native content and direct video production.

• Passion for testing and optimizing ad performance.

• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with a results-driven mindset.
