Reporting up to the facilities Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Finance Manager will oversee a team of finance professionals who handle various aspects of the organization's financial operations. Some more specific titles that report up to this person are Financial Analysts, Accounting Staff, Financial Reporting Staff, and a few others. The Financial Services Manager can expect to have tremendous amount of support in the department.

The Senior Finance Manager carries a large responsibility in the overall functionality of the Financial Services Department. This role involves working very closely with hospital leadership within different departments to ensure financial health, sustainability, and compliance. This person is also expected to provide leadership and strategic direction to the finance team while working closely with senior leadership to support the hospital's overall financial performance.

Located in Northwest Texas, this hospital is centered around the Texas panhandle. This city specifically is within the top 10 largest cities in the state of Texas, highly known for its agriculture, healthcare, education, and retail / manufacturing.
