They are seeking interns for their Engineering program, providing a comprehensive 10-week experience that includes meaningful work assignments, mentorship, and exposure to various business areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide in depth troubleshooting for any developed software running in the clustered environment or monitor and manage the health of technology platforms and associate services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring all requirements are met
- Service and maintain applications in expected turn-around times with a sense of urgency
- Work with application teams to have application issues fixed, both short term and long term (root cause)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize production downtime
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize productivity
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and patterns, making data-driven decisions for process improvement
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of learning and growth
- Maintain, monitor, and support large and complex software systems in an operational 24X7 enterprise environment; analyze program logic and logistics; improve efficiency
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and system configurations, for future reference
- Acquire knowledge / agility to learn end to end SDLC lifecycle
Skills
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college pursuing a bachelor's degree or in a 4+1 program in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technology discipline
- Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying
- Keen interest in problem solving and tackling new technology challenges; quick thinking and results focused
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and balance multiple tasks by effectively organizing the workload
- Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple locations when necessary
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry best practices and a commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and technologies
