Independent Dispatcher & Driver Recruiter (100% Commission) - Remote / Startup

About Quick Flow Cargo: Quick Flow Cargo is a new logistics startup based in San Diego, CA. We specialize in nationwide freight dispatching and are currently building the company from the ground up. At this stage, we have no drivers, no clients, and no accounts — we’re hiring someone who can take full ownership of operations and grow the business independently. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Independent Dispatcher & Driver Recruiter who can manage the entire dispatching process — from recruiting carriers and finding loads to negotiating with brokers and running day-to-day operations without supervision. Position Overview: This is a ground-up opportunity for someone with proven dispatching and recruiting experience. You’ll be building Quick Flow Cargo’s dispatch division from scratch, creating relationships with drivers and brokers, and running the full operation as if it were your own business. There’s no training, no preset accounts — just an open runway to build, scale, and earn based on your results. Responsibilities: • Recruit and onboard drivers/carriers with active MC authority • Post driver opportunities and network through job boards and social media • Search and book loads using DAT or similar load boards • Negotiate with brokers to secure the best rates • Oversee dispatch operations from pickup through delivery • Maintain communication with drivers and brokers daily • Handle load paperwork and assist with invoicing • Build Quick Flow Cargo’s network of carriers and clients from scratch Qualifications (Experience Required): • Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching or logistics • Proven experience recruiting and onboarding truck drivers with MC authority • Strong knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently • Entrepreneurial mindset — capable of operating without supervision • Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT requirements preferred Compensation (100% Commission-Based): This position is 100% commission-based with unlimited earning potential. • Commission on every load dispatched (percentage of Quick Flow Cargo’s revenue) • Bonuses for successful driver recruitment and retention • Long-term incentives for helping grow the company You earn based entirely on your performance — the more drivers you recruit and loads you move, the more you make.
