IB English Coach, Remote (URGENT HIRE)

RESPONSIBILITIES Academic Coaching and Mentoring Become one-on-one academic mentors for students by providing the support they need in IB English. Our training programs that equip you to successfully:Identify students' unique strengths and weaknessesBuild students' curiosity and confidence in their own abilitiesChange students' lives by reducing stress and guiding them through academic strugglesREQUIREMENTSEligibilityProficiency in IB English Language and IB English Language and Literature at both the Standard Level and Higher Level. Have a willingness to work and meet the students.Ability to commit to part-time tutoring for at least 1 yearAvailability at least 3 hours per week, during EST and GMT zone. ExperienceIB English tutoring experience is required. EducationBachelor's degree completed from a top accredited university.Knowledge and SkillsA high level of energy and sociability.Exceptional writing ability.Ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of people including executives, students, and other coaches.Ability to work independently yet dutifully within company pedagogy and processes.Apply relentless dedication to delivering results.Drive to help cultivate student thinking so that students become well-rounded and no longer need coachingAbility to design reading, grammar, and analytical writing curricula.BENEFITSCompetitive hourly rate for tutoring.The median range for this position is from $50 to $75 an hour.
