GIS Mapping & Site Screening Specialist
’m looking for a GIS mapping professional to produce 4 clean map images and assemble them into a 2-page PDF using a template I will provide. You must be able to: Import a parcel boundary (I will provide KML/SHP/GeoJSON or property record after hire) Create a high-resolution aerial map with parcel outline Create a transmission proximity map (I will provide reference source) Create a FEMA flood map confirming flood zone status Capture and annotate a county appraisal parcel summary Add scale bar, north arrow, and simple labels Place the 4 images into a PowerPoint template and export as a final PDF Deliverables: 4 individual PNG images (300+ DPI) Updated PPTX file (I will provide template) Final 2-page PDF suitable for client/developer review Software Requirements (required): QGIS or ArcGIS Pro (Google Earth Pro acceptable only for imagery capture, not full layout) Turnaround: 24 hours Fixed Price: $100 Ongoing Work: This will become recurring (2–4 similar projects per month) if quality is strong.
