Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks while maintaining excellent client care Utilize data entry skills to accurately and efficiently process information, ensuring high levels of precision and reliability Communicate effectively with doctors, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and mediate cases Collaborate with the pharmacist to complete problematic medications and ensure timely resolution Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions, both internally and externally Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA National Pharmacy Technician Certification Data entry experience, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Specialty pharmacy experience, with knowledge of complex medications and therapies Claims settlement experience, with ability to communicate effectively with prescribers regarding case status and review prescription claim issues Education and Training We require a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent as a minimum educational requirement.
