Our People First management approach ensures that every team member feels valued, empowered, and supported to reach their full potential. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Support Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable * Building long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions * Meeting team KPIs, staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, and applying the latest customer happiness practices * Maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services, communicating effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies * Securing sensitive customer information, adhering to our strict data protection policies, and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality **What You Need to Succeed** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in Chinese and English, with a minimum B2/upper-intermediate level in both languages * Experience in a customer support role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in live chats and emails * A finance, economics, mathematics, or related qualification * Analytical and research skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems * A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload) **A Great Plus** While not essential, experience in crypto/finance, Salesforce, or Zendesk would be a great asset in this role.
