Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing, implementing, and completing tactical project plans related to customer issue resolution, quality improvement plans, and program enhancements * Acting as the lead relationship manager for assigned accounts, coordinating proactive customer communication and ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded * Forecasting and tracking key metrics, including revenue numbers, member counts, and relevant risk adjustment metrics * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients * Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell blithequark products and services to existing clients * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical acumen, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.
