You will be the go-to person for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries, concerns, and needs. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their unique needs, and provide personalized support to exceed their expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Answering inbound customer calls, chats, emails, and texts across multiple platforms * Providing exceptional customer care in an expedient manner that satisfies individual needs of each customer, including account management, sales, and tracking * Understanding and promoting blithequark products, culture, and values * Assessing the unique needs of customers using consultative methods and recognizing potential sales opportunities * Maintaining strict confidentiality of customer information * Fully utilizing the systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential * Assisting other departments with various tasks as needed * Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency **Customer Experience Coordinator Tasks** * Providing exceptional customer care in an expedient manner that satisfies individual needs of each customer, including account management, sales, and tracking * Answering incoming calls, text, emails, and chats across multiple platforms * Understanding and promoting blithequark products, culture, and values * Assessing the unique needs of customers using consultative methods and recognizing potential sales opportunities * Be willing to help team members complete various tasks to accomplish organizational goals * Maintaining strict confidentiality of customer information * Fully utilize the systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential * Assist other departments with varies tasks as needed **Requirements** * Customer service experience (phone experience preferred) * Strong communication skills (verbal and written) * Excellent decision-making abilities * Must be able to relate well to customers and co-workers in an atmosphere of mutual respect, and be able to respond appropriately to direction and constructive criticism from a supervisor * Regular attendance and punctuality **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our team members' growth and development.
