You will be responsible for managing the CLO community, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing process improvements to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. If you are a results-driven, customer-focused professional with a passion for innovation and creativity, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Managing the CLO community, including customer support, technical support, and website management * Analyzing customer feedback and implementing process improvements to drive business growth and customer satisfaction * Collaborating with our global CX team to create a seamless and engaging experience for our customers * Conducting research to expand our customer base in India and the Middle East * Working closely with our marketing team to plan and execute online and offline events to engage with our customers * Leading cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and drive business growth * Collaborating with our web development team to improve user workflow, content, and website operations * Communicating with our global CX team to share goals and strategies **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * At least 2 years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, or user research in the IT industry * Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in an agile work environment * Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills * Ability to work collaboratively with team members from diverse backgrounds, time zones, and cultures * Project management skills * Business-level English language proficiency **Plus if you have** * Knowledge or experience with 2D/3D CAD software or B2C SaaS businesses * A degree in statistics, business administration, or information technology **Additional Information** To apply for this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter in English.
