Job Description • Interviews customers, reviews and completes all forms required for successful entry into the program • Follows up on all no shows and reschedules their appointments • Conducts group orientations • Guides members to available online service options • Trains members on various literacy topics of interest • Teaches basic Microsoft Software courses • Administers quarterly entrance examinations to individuals to demonstrate progression • Contacts potential members provided by outreach staff • Performs Job Readiness Training components on a weekly basis Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required. One to two years in workforce development or related field preferred. • Strong project management skills, including managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Internet Research, and social media. • Outcome driven, strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform programmatic decisions. • Highly motivated, with proven capacity to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in high-paced entrepreneurial environment. • Flexible, with availability to work a weeknight and occasional Saturdays.
