If you want to support us in this goal, then you are exactly right with us!You will be the first point of contact for our international customers for inquiries regarding our product by supporting our customer support team via e-mail and phoneYou will make sure that our customers get excellent customer serviceYour main tasks will include the verification of documentsYou will have your own responsibilities and also support our customer support agents with ad-hoc tasksYou will work together with our service partners to support our customersYou have some experience in customer supportYou are available in full-time You have strong communication skills and a customer first mindsetYou are fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken, and you’re also proficient in English and Chinese languagesIf you have experience in the banking or health insurance industry, you can easily understand our product, but if you don’t, we are happy to teach you everything you need to knowPLUS: Ideally, you already have some experience with helpdesk software (such as Zendesk or similar tools)International, diverse, and intrinsically motivated teamAutonomous and progressive work environment with low hierarchies and fast decision-making Flexible working hoursMost importantly: The chance to solve an actual problem
